EFM uses Qnet primarily to manage all interactions with our customers and to ensure a level of service that is not available through any other service provider. EFM has bought and developed an effective Customer Relationship Management System. The EFM CRM system has taken three years to implement and integrates seamlessly with our online customer portal, Qnet.
